A true entrepreneur who loves connecting with people to help them improve their health and fitness, Brownlow uses this passion to co-administer a healthy lifestyle Facebook group of more than 3,000 members; educates through engaging Facebook Live events; and creates and conducts local and online wellness programs for individuals and businesses.
