We’ve had numerous requests for more information regarding the laboratory study performed on the Puritii filter, so we created a white paper of this study, which was commissioned in 2017 to demonstrate the effectiveness of the filters at removing contaminants from water.
Here is a quick snapshot of how our amazing filters are produced:
Filters begin as a pleated fiber matrix imbued with fine coconut carbon.
This matrix is formed into a cylinder and attached to the filter bottom piece.
The center cavity of the cylinder is filled with a mix of fine coconut carbon and zeolite.
The matrix and filter bottom piece are inserted into the filter housing. The unit is sealed together.
The red cap on the straw connection point is applied using a specially designed instrument.
Filters are individually sealed in foil bags and then boxed.

As you can probably tell, we’re proud of our Puritii Water Filtration System, just like you! We hope this additional information helps you share just how impactful and disruptive Puritii truly is!
