Study Links Artificially Sweetened Drinks to Increased Stroke and Heart Disease

“Breaking news” about the latest study linking artificially sweetened drinks to increased stroke and heart disease has gone viral, but this has been in the news years. Just because something says “diet” on it doesn’t mean it’s a healthy choice for weight loss. But there IS a miracle drink out there that will help with weight loss, boost energy and improve your health – water! Studies have shown that getting enough water (at least 64 oz a day) can increase metabolism so your body burns more calories per day.

Drink a couple of glasses of water at least 30 minutes before each meal, and you’ll end up eating less calories which can lead to weight loss too. One other thing that will be lighter? Your bills. One water filter bottle costs a whole lot less than a 2-Diet-Cokes-a-day habit for sure.
